SIA Engineering Company announced on Mar, 10 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, SIAEC Global Private Limited, has won a public tender to acquire a 30% interest in the enlarged share capital of Arport Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering (Fujian) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xiamen Iport Group Co., Ltd.

The 129 million renminbi subscription will lead to the creation of a maintenance, repair and overhaul joint venture that will provide line maintenance and ground services at the airports of Xiamen, Fuzhou, Wuyishan and Longyan, as well as base maintenance services at Xiamen airport.

SIA Engineering Company said the transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2026. No director or controlling shareholder of the company has any direct or indirect interest in the deal beyond their existing shareholdings.
