He has also served as CEO of TCL Electronics and TCL Industrial Holdings, and has been the Group Chief Operating Officer since August 2021.

This personnel adjustment represents a significant operational arrangement for the company. With nearly three decades of industry experience and an in-depth understanding of the group, Wang Cheng is regarded as capable of smoothly assuming management responsibilities. As of the announcement date, Wang Cheng holds 268,220 shares in TCL Technology Group Corporation, and there are no circumstances that would disqualify him from the position.
