LONKING Chairman Li Xinyan Acquires Additional 9.756 Million Shares at HK$2.79 Each

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 8, Chairman Li Xinyan purchased an additional 9.756 million shares of LONKING (03339). The transaction price was approximately HK$2.7876 per share, with a total consideration of around HK$27.1958 million.

Following this acquisition, his latest shareholding stands at approximately 2.446 billion shares, representing a 57.15% stake in the company.

The transaction involved other connected parties, including Ni Yinying. Supplementary information notes that Mr. Li San Yim is an executive director of the company. Mr. Li San Yim and Ms. Ngai Ngan Ying are husband and wife and are therefore deemed to be interested in the same block of shares.
