Geely Automobile Holdings Limited disclosed changes to its issued share capital on 2 December 2025. According to the announcement, the number of issued shares increased from 10,119,325,286 to 10,119,425,286 through the exercise of share options under a scheme adopted on 28 April 2023. Two separate exercises took place on 2 December 2025, involving 85,000 shares by the Group’s employee(s) and 15,000 shares by a related entity participant(s), both at the price of HKD 9.56 per share.
No shares were redeemed or repurchased for cancellation, and the total number of treasury shares remained at zero.
