According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 22, a shareholder of VGT transferred shares from Galaxy Securities Hong Kong to BNP Paribas. The transferred position had a market value of HK$1.246 billion, representing 3.27% of the company's shares. VGT has issued an announcement stating that the stabilization period for its global offering ended on May 16, 2026, which was the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offering. The Shanghai Stock Exchange announced that, as VGT's market stabilization period in Hong Kong concluded on May 16, 2026, and the corresponding A-shares had been listed for 10 trading days, the list of securities eligible for Southbound trading under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect program was adjusted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect Business Implementation Measures. This adjustment took effect from the next Southbound trading day.
