On September 12, Aisino Co., Ltd. convened a deployment meeting for tax and finance business operations to further implement the company's requirements regarding tax and finance business work and deploy subsequent key tasks. Chen Rongxing, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Aisino Co., Ltd., along with Vice General Managers Zhang Ping, Liu Haifa, and Yang Weichen, as well as over 350 personnel from headquarters planning department, R&D center, tax and finance business division, and management teams and relevant department staff from subsidiaries, participated in the meeting through "on-site + video" format. Zhang Ping presided over the meeting.
At the meeting venue, Chen Rongxing emphasized in his speech that all departments and units should thoroughly implement the spirit of the group company and Aisino Co., Ltd.'s mid-year economic operation analysis meeting, attach great importance to this tax and finance business deployment meeting, and properly decompose work around annual targets. He stressed the need to further unify ideological consensus, enhance development confidence, maintain strategic determination, continuously improve core capabilities, and focus on execution and implementation.
Regarding subsequent work tasks, Chen Rongxing proposed five requirements: First, adhere to Party building leadership and effectively transform the Party's political and organizational advantages into development advantages; Second, ensure all personnel shoulder responsibilities, with detailed assignment to positions and implementation to individuals; Third, consolidate capability foundation and enhance marketing capabilities across the entire system; Fourth, strengthen system coordination to form strong synergy for overcoming difficulties; Fifth, accelerate talent team building, improve innovation mechanisms, and stimulate talent vitality.
During the meeting, Zhang Ping, Liu Haifa, and Yang Weichen respectively provided detailed deployment around the implementation of business targets for tax and finance services, product organization and R&D coordination, and market promotion implementation.
