HANKING GOLD expands issued share base by 203.65 million through consideration shares, lifting total to 2.44 billion

Hanking Gold International Limited reported that it allotted 203.65 million new ordinary shares in June 2026 as consideration shares under the share purchase agreement dated 26 March 2026 and approved on 22 May 2026. The new shares were issued on 2 June 2026 at HKD 4.00 each, implying consideration of approximately HKD 0.81 billion.

The issuance raised HANKING GOLD’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) to 2.44 billion as of 30 June 2026, up 9.08 % from 2.24 billion a month earlier. Treasury shares remain nil, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 2.44 billion.

Authorised share capital was unchanged at 10 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion in authorised capital.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % as at end-June 2026.
