Li Hui hopes that through this down-to-earth live streaming approach, he can bring the company's healthy agricultural products to dining tables across thousands of households.
In recent years, the Party branch of the 8th Company of the 127th Regiment has actively played a leading role by guiding workers and residents to build flour mills and oil presses, develop large-scale breeding operations, and create a complete industrial chain from planting to processing, cold storage, and sales, breathing new life into traditional small workshops.
"We use a low-temperature slow grinding process at 20 revolutions per minute, treating each grain of wheat like a work of art to maximize the retention of wheat germ and dietary fiber," said Li Hui, manager of Tiangu Sheng Stone Mill Workshop.
This craftsmanship approach has already gained market recognition—during the trial operation phase, the weekly production of two tons sold out in less than a week. "We are actively promoting entry into supermarkets and building e-commerce platforms, and plan to launch exquisite gift packaging and other diversified products to further expand our market space," Li Hui said.
Meanwhile, in the company's breeding area not far from Tiangu Sheng Stone Mill Workshop, breeder Liu Shujiang was carrying a feed bucket, moving among the flock of geese while skillfully scattering feed. "The corn we use to feed the white geese is from last year's self-grown corn inventory, while the soybean meal and wheat bran are byproducts from the company's own soybean oil pressing and flour milling operations. The entire process involves self-planting and self-processing, truly achieving green and safe feed supply," said Liu Shujiang, a breeder from the 8th Company of the 127th Regiment.
Zhang Xiaoqiang, deputy secretary of the Party branch and company commander of the 8th Company of the 127th Regiment, explained that after the company developed deep-processing projects for flour milling and oil pressing, the resulting byproducts such as soybean meal and wheat bran were perfectly suited for the breeding industry, forming a complete circular agricultural model. This model not only enhances the added value of agricultural products but also effectively reduces breeding costs, achieving maximum resource utilization.
"The company's 'two committees' care greatly about us workers. Starting from the source, they established deep-processing operations like flour milling and oil pressing, effectively enhancing the economic value of agricultural products such as wheat and soybeans. At the same time, the byproducts from processing, such as soybean meal and wheat bran, also provide quality feed for our goose breeding," Liu Shujiang said gratefully.
