Wynn Macau's Parent Company Reports 14.25% Rise in Macau Revenue for Q1

Wynn Macau (01128) announced the first-quarter results of its controlling shareholder, Wynn Resorts, Limited, for the period ending March 31, 2026. The Macau operations generated operating revenue of $145 million, an increase of 14.25% compared to the same period last year. Adjusted property EBITDAR reached $279 million, up 10.85% year-on-year.

In the first quarter of 2026, Wynn Palace recorded operating revenue of $659.3 million, an increase of $123.4 million from the $535.9 million reported in the first quarter of 2025. Adjusted property EBITDAR for Wynn Palace was $203.8 million, compared to $161.9 million in the prior-year period.

The mass market table games win percentage stood at 26.6%, higher than the 24.8% achieved in the first quarter of 2025. The VIP table games win rate as a percentage of turnover was 3.11%, within the property's expected range of 3.1% to 3.4%, and above the 2.61% recorded in the first quarter of 2025.

Meanwhile, Wynn Macau's operating revenue for the first quarter of 2026 was $329.9 million, nearly unchanged from the $330.0 million reported in the same period last year. Adjusted property EBITDAR for Wynn Macau was $75.6 million, down from $90.2 million in the first quarter of 2025.

The mass market table games win percentage at Wynn Macau was 15.1%, lower than the 18.7% achieved in the prior-year period. The VIP table games win rate as a percentage of turnover was 0.39%, below the property's expected range of 3.1% to 3.4%, and also lower than the 1.09% recorded in the first quarter of 2025.
