According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 13, Partners Group AG reduced its holding in GREEN TEA GROUP (06831) by 60.044 million shares. The transaction was executed at a price of HK$6.8 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$408 million. Following this disposal, the firm's remaining shareholding stands at 46.0968 million shares, representing a stake of 6.84% in the company.
