Bilibili Upgrades New Year's Eve Brand with Globalized Gala and Online-Offline Integration

Bilibili (BILI) announced on December 16 the brand upgrade of its 2025 New Year's Eve Gala, introducing a special initiative titled "Our New Year's Eve." This year, Bilibili's New Year's Eve content will expand further, evolving into a comprehensive celebration integrating online and offline activities.

The upcoming gala will feature a more globalized lineup, inviting renowned artists and performers from multiple countries and regions including the U.S., Canada, France, Finland, and Africa. Beyond the gala content, Bilibili will collaborate with 10 cities across China to organize offline events under the "Cheers Night" series.

Data shows that Bilibili's 2024 New Year's Eve Gala achieved a peak live viewership of 346 million. Within 24 hours of broadcast, total plays exceeded 100 million, with nearly 400,000 cumulative bullet-screen comments. User-generated content related to the gala also garnered 135 million plays.
