On September 28, 2026, Yongdong Peng disposed of 16.03 million shares of KE Holdings Inc. - W (02423) off-exchange at an average of USD 5.2733 per share, involving about USD 84.55 million. According to the filing, the disposal was executed through Ever Orient International Limited, which sold 5,344,661 ADSs (each representing three Class A ordinary shares) at an average ADS price of USD 15.82, settled on September 28, 2026. The transaction was an off-exchange trade with cash consideration, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the disposal, Yongdong Peng's long position in BEKE-W was 928.46 million shares, representing 28.13%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 912.43 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 27.64%.
