European Commission spokesperson Thomas Regnier stated during the daily press briefing held in Brussels that SpaceX "must urgently and fully restore its services to Ukraine."
Regnier added that recent reports regarding Starlink reducing service speeds in Ukraine are "deeply concerning" and "inconsistent with the company's previous approach to providing these services."
