AB&B BIO-TECH-B (02627) has announced that following the resignation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, the position of the company's auditor became vacant. The board of directors has resolved, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, to appoint Pak Chun CPA Limited as the company's new auditor. The appointment will take effect from the date it is approved by shareholders at a general meeting and will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
