Capital Realm Financial Holdings Group Limited reported no changes to its capital structure for July 2026, according to the company’s Monthly Return for Equity Issuers filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 6 August 2026.

Authorised Capital • The authorised share capital remained at 30.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 300.00 million.

Issued Share Capital and Public Float • Issued shares stood unchanged at 249.06 million, with zero treasury shares recorded. • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement.

Equity Incentive Scheme • 4.32 million options under the New Share Scheme (approved 30 September 2024) were outstanding at month-end. • No options were exercised during July; consequently, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised.
