According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 20, a shareholder of SANERGY GROUP (02459) deposited shares into JFD Securities. The deposited shares have a market value of HK$23.484 million, representing 13.33% of the company's issued share capital.
In a separate announcement, SANERGY GROUP confirmed that all conditions under the placing agreement had been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on February 20, 2026. The placing agent successfully allocated a total of 228 million placing shares to no fewer than six placees at a placing price of HK$0.083 per share.
