Comba Telecom Renames Singapore Share Transfer Agent to Ascentium Corporate Services Effective 1 October 2026

Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (Comba Telecom) has announced that its Singapore Share Transfer Agent will adopt a new corporate identity. With effect from 1 October 2026, the agent’s name will change from “In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.” to “Ascentium Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.” The Chinese name will be amended accordingly to “皋翊企業服務(新加坡)有限公司.”

The change is limited to nomenclature; the agent’s registered address remains at 36 Robinson Road, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877.

Comba Telecom confirmed that other registrar arrangements are unaffected. Suntera (Cayman) Limited continues as the principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands, while Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited remains the branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong.

The announcement was issued by Executive Director Chang Fei Fu on behalf of the Board on 21 September 2026. The Board currently comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
