Ant Group Launches 2026 Spring Campus Recruitment with Heavy Focus on AI Roles

Ant Group has officially commenced its 2026 spring campus recruitment drive. Technical positions account for a significant 85% of the total openings, with over 70% of these roles directly related to artificial intelligence. The recruitment focuses on core areas such as large model algorithms, multimodal generation, data intelligence and fundamental platform development, as well as AI security. Job locations span multiple global cities including Hangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, San Francisco, and London.

Targeting recent university graduates, Ant Group has initiated several campus recruitment programs, offering a diverse range of business roles at various levels, along with internship and research internship positions to attract different types of young talent. Since 2016, the company has run the "Ant Star" program aimed at top-tier technical graduates, providing premier compensation and conditions to attract master's and doctoral graduates with outstanding academic or competition achievements. In 2025, building on this initiative, Ant Group introduced a specialized AI talent program called "Plan A." This program seeks to recruit passionate, innovative, and highly capable individuals globally, offering them cutting-edge technical challenges, superior resources, and top-tier development opportunities to cultivate the next generation of technology leaders.

Students from domestic and international universities graduating between November 2025 and October 2027 can submit their resumes and check application status through Ant Group's official recruitment website or channels starting today.
