XINGDA INT'L (01899) has announced that Ms. Xu Chunhua has resigned from her positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee. The resignations are effective from April 8, 2026. Ms. Xu stated that her decision is to allow her to dedicate more time to her personal affairs and other business commitments.
