HAIER SMARTHOME Spends RMB 45.98 Million to Repurchase 2.10 Million A-Shares for Incentive Plans

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (HAIER SMARTHOME) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 27 July 2026, announcing a share repurchase executed on the same date via the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The company bought back 2.10 million A-shares at prices ranging from RMB 21.80 to RMB 22.00 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of approximately RMB 21.89 per share. The total consideration amounted to RMB 45.98 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 2.10 million to 6.13 billion, a marginal decrease of 0.03%. Concurrently, treasury shares increased to 124.68 million, now representing about 2.00% of the company’s total issued share capital, which remains unchanged at 6.25 billion shares.

The repurchased stock has been earmarked for share incentive schemes and will be held in treasury; no shares have been cancelled at this stage. The board confirmed that the buyback complied with all relevant regulations, and full payment for the shares has been completed.
