CHINA OVERSEAS (00688) has issued an announcement regarding the interest payment for the second tranche of its 2024 corporate bonds issued to professional investors. The bond, designated as "24中海02", will distribute interest on April 24, 2026, covering the period from April 24, 2025, to April 23, 2026. The outstanding principal amount of this bond series is RMB 3 billion. For the second year of the bond's term, the coupon rate is set at 2.68%. Interest payment will be made at a rate of RMB 26.80 (after tax) per 10 bonds, with each bond having a face value of RMB 1,000.
