CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (Group) Company Limited (COMEC) announced that the Guangzhou municipal government has renamed the road where the company’s headquarters is located from “Jibaosha North Road” to “Mengxiang Road.”

Effective immediately, the company’s office address is: No. 10, Mengxiang Road, Nansha District, Guangzhou.

The physical location of the premises, along with COMEC’s registered address, postal code, main telephone and fax numbers, investor contact information, email, and website, remain unchanged.

The board, currently comprising ten directors, approved the disclosure on 24 June 2026. Investors are advised to note the updated address designation when sending correspondence or visiting the office.
