The stabilization period in relation to the global offering of CFMEE (09630) has concluded.
It was announced that the stabilization period ended on Thursday, July 23, 2026, which was the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offering.
The stabilizing actions taken by the stabilizing agent, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, or any person acting on its behalf, during the stabilization period were as follows: a total of 1,925,750 offer shares, representing approximately 15.0% of the offer shares initially available for subscription under the global offering, were over-allocated in the international offering.
Furthermore, the overall coordinators, for themselves and on behalf of the international underwriters, fully exercised the over-allotment option on Friday, July 10, 2026, for a total of 1,925,750 H shares at HKD 252.73 per H share.
The shares were used to facilitate the delivery of a portion of H shares to placees who had agreed to delay the delivery of the relevant H shares they subscribed for under the global offering.
During the stabilization period, the stabilizing agent did not buy or sell any H shares in the market to stabilize the price.
