GBA DYNAMIC (07618) announced that Tan Songshen's roles as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director have been suspended effective December 4, 2025. Ms. Wen Yuanyi has resigned as the company's Executive Director, effective December 4, 2025, to dedicate more time to personal matters. Mr. Tan Jinjie has been appointed as Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the Board; Mr. Gao Xiong has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee; and Ms. Chen Rongzhuo has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, all effective December 4, 2025.
