DOBOT Announces Appointment of Ouyang Xiaojuan as New Chief Financial Officer

DOBOT (02432) has announced that Mr. Wang Yong has tendered his resignation from his positions as an executive director, chief financial officer, deputy general manager of the company's second board of directors, and all other directorships at the company's subsidiaries. The reason provided is his desire to dedicate more time to personal affairs.

Following consideration of the recommendations from the company's nomination committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Liu Zhufu as an executive director and a member of the strategic committee of the company. The proposed appointment of Mr. Liu Zhufu as an executive director and strategic committee member is subject to approval by shareholders through an ordinary resolution at an extraordinary general meeting.

Furthermore, Ms. Ouyang Xiaojuan has been appointed as the company's chief financial officer, with the appointment taking effect from June 10, 2026.
