Renco Holdings to Be Delisted from HKEX on 17 Aug 2026 After Failing Resumption Requirements

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) will cancel the listing of Renco Holdings Group Limited (In Compulsory Liquidation) effective 9:00 a.m. on 17 August 2026. The decision is taken under Rule 6.01A(1) after the company failed to resume trading by the 19 July 2026 deadline.

Trading in Renco Holdings’ shares has been suspended since 20 January 2025. HKEX had granted resumption guidance and set 19 July 2026 as the final date for compliance. The company did not satisfy the requirements, leading the Listing Committee to approve delisting on 31 July 2026.

HKEX has directed Renco Holdings to issue a formal announcement regarding the cancellation. Shareholders with questions about the implications of the delisting are advised to seek appropriate professional advice.

The announcement was released in Hong Kong on 12 August 2026.
