Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited (1818) has released a proxy form for its 2026 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 20 March 2026, at the company’s conference room in Shandong Province, the People’s Republic of China.
According to the announcement, shareholders will review a proposed revised annual cap under the framework agreement for sales of silver, as amended by a supplemental agreement. The meeting will also consider two special resolutions regarding proposed bonds issuances: one for the registration and issuance of super short-term bonds of not more than 12.00 billion renminbi and another for the registration and issuance of medium-term notes of not more than 8.00 billion renminbi. The board of directors seeks authority to handle all relevant matters relating to these bond issuances.
