AustAsia Group Ltd. on 29 April 2026 announced that its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular, meeting notice and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.austasiadairy.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched only to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.
The group simultaneously published its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report online in the “Financial Statements & ESG” section of its website and on HKEXnews. Shareholders may request hard copies of the ESG Report from the Hong Kong Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A, which extended the paperless listing and electronic dissemination regime from 31 December 2023, AustAsia has adopted electronic distribution for all forthcoming corporate communications. Both language versions will be provided exclusively online unless shareholders opt otherwise.
Action required: 1. Shareholders are urged to submit a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare—to receive electronic notifications when new documents are posted. 2. Investors lacking an email address must actively monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for updates; printed “actionable” communications (e.g., proxy forms) will continue to be mailed. 3. Holders who prefer hard copies of future communications may request them via the reply form or email (AustAsia.ecom@computershare.com.hk). This instruction remains valid for one year from receipt.
