Power Assets Holdings Limited (00006) announced that, effective January 21, 2026, Mr. Wu Ting-yiu has tendered his resignation as an Independent Non-Executive Director to dedicate more time to his other professional commitments and personal affairs. Concurrently, he has stepped down from his position as a member of the Company's Audit Committee. Independent Non-Executive Director Sir Sze-yuen Chung has been appointed as a new member of the Company's Audit Committee.
