Sundart Holdings Limited announced supplemental details to its 28 April 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) circular, confirming the Board’s proposal to re-appoint BDO Limited as external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
BDO Limited, set to retire at the forthcoming AGM, has indicated its willingness to continue. Following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, the Board will seek shareholder approval at the AGM for BDO’s re-appointment, with the mandate extending until the next annual general meeting.
The estimated audit fee for the 2026 financial year is HK$1.40 million, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. This figure was negotiated on an arm’s-length basis, reflecting historical audit costs, prevailing market rates, audit scope and complexity, timetable, and required resources.
Management notes that the estimate assumes no material changes in the Group’s operations, accounting policies, or regulatory environment and anticipates timely cooperation during the audit process. Under these assumptions, the final fee is not expected to differ materially from the quoted amount. Any significant deviations or changes will prompt further disclosure.
All other information in the original AGM circular remains unchanged.
The supplemental announcement was signed by Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Ng Tak Kwan on 28 May 2026 in Hong Kong. The Board currently comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
