Ktk Group Co.,Ltd. (603680.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Changzhou Ktk Aerospace Industry Investment Co., Ltd. ("Ktk Aerospace"), has partnered with Western Securities Investment (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Pianxuan Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., among others, to establish Jiaxing Pianxuan Gexing Venture Capital Partnership (L.P.) ("Pianxuan Gexing"). The purpose of this partnership is to invest in Shanghai GESI Information Technology Co., Ltd. via a capital increase.

With a registered capital of 65.5 million yuan, the partnership will see Ktk Aerospace participate as a limited partner, contributing 20 million yuan. This investment represents a 30.53% stake in the total capital contributions of the partnership.
