CHINA LIFE (02628) announced that Mr. Li Wei has been elected as an employee director to the company's eighth board of directors at the fourth session of the fourth employee representative congress. The qualification of Mr. Li Wei's directorship is still subject to approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
