The shares were acquired at a price of HK$0.087 per share, with a total transaction value of HK$495,900. Following this acquisition, his total shareholding has reached approximately 1.54 billion shares, representing 62.49% of the company's total issued shares. The transaction also involved another related party: Chen Xiangling.
