How to Navigate Cycles? China Resources Sanjiu's Qiu Huawei: Reshape Rules, Make Compliance the Wings

Deep News08-17

The 18th Health Industry (International) Ecological Conference was held in Boao, Hainan from August 16 to 21. At the opening ceremony, Qiu Huawei, Chairman of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd., delivered a keynote address.

Qiu Huawei stated that when AI compresses 90% of the R&D cycle and the silver economy unleashes trillion-yuan demand, the key to breaking through is transforming the aging burden into a whole-life-cycle solution. "We must evolve from passive adapters to active definers," he emphasized.

Qiu Huawei outlined three pillars for navigating cycles. The first pillar is rule reshaping, making compliance the wings. "Policy tightening is a catalyst for industrial upgrading. Transform ethical baselines into global passports - true freedom stems from reverence for rules," he noted.

The second pillar is ecosystem integration. Qiu Huawei shared, "Now is the moment to dismantle industry barriers. Co-build real therapeutic evidence chains with hospitals to make innovation value visible; co-create intelligent solutions with technology companies to bring algorithms out of laboratories; reconstruct health service value chains with terminals. When health services become growth drivers, only by dismantling and rebuilding industries can we truly navigate cycles."

The third pillar is organizational awakening. "Enable talent and technology to coexist, use digital neural networks to connect corporate meridians, and let market pulse reach directly to our R&D centers," Qiu Huawei stated.
