IWS issues notice on availability of latest corporate communications and distribution options

On 30 March 2026, Integrated Waste Solutions Group Holdings Limited (IWS) released a formal notice confirming that its latest circular (defined as “Current Corporate Communications”) is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.iwsgh.com) and on the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those whose IWS shares are held through CCASS participants—may choose their preferred mode of receipt: 1. Electronic delivery: Shareholders can provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries to receive future “Notice of Publication” messages by email. 2. Printed copies: A request form attached to the notice enables shareholders to obtain hard-copy English, Chinese or bilingual versions via Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

Absent an email address on file, IWS will continue to send printed publication notices only. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during standard Hong Kong business hours.

The notice was authorised by Chairman Cheng Chi Ming, Brian, on behalf of IWS.
