Zenergy Maintains Stable Share Capital and Meets Public-Float Threshold in June 2026 Return

Jiangsu Zenergy Battery Technologies Group Co., Ltd. filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s registered share capital stood at RMB 2.55 billion, comprising 1.49 billion H shares and 1.07 billion unlisted domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. No additional shares were authorised, issued, or cancelled in June, and the group continued to hold no treasury shares.

Issued share capital was stable at 1.49 billion H shares and 1.07 billion unlisted shares, mirroring May’s levels. Zenergy also reported compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public-float requirement, maintaining at least 21.16% of H shares in public hands under an existing waiver.

The company confirmed there were no movements involving share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity arrangements during the month. All statutory and regulatory obligations related to its listed securities were met, according to the filing signed by Joint Company Secretary Ms. Xu Jing on 6 July 2026.
