Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on November 14, a shareholder of CAPITAL REALM (00204) transferred shares from Cheong Lee Securities to Kingly Securities, with a transfer value of HKD 14.0046 million, accounting for 9.12% of the holdings.
CAPITAL REALM announced that, following a joint application by the company and the petitioner, the Hong Kong High Court approved the withdrawal of the petition on October 16, 2025. As of October 31, 2025, the unaudited consolidated net asset value per share of the company was approximately HKD 1.429.
