SF HOLDING: Wei Wang Passively Increased

On September 18, 2026, SF HOLDING cancelled 160,160,000 A-shares that had been bought back, resulting in a passive increase in Wei Wang's long position (holding count unchanged).

Prior to the passive increase, Wei Wang's long position in SF HOLDING was 2.46 billion shares, representing 51.3%; following the share buyback/cancellation, the holding count remained unchanged at 2.46 billion shares, with the long position ratio rising to 53.07%.
