LEOCH International (00842) has announced that Mr. Cao Yixiong has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the company's audit committee, and a member of the company's remuneration committee and nomination committee, effective from May 22, 2026, due to his desire to dedicate more time and attention to his personal affairs.
From May 22, 2026, Ms. He Jieling has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. She has also been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee and as a member of both the nomination committee and the remuneration committee.
