Zhongtian Construction (Hunan) Group Limited (2433) previously announced on 2 January 2026 the renewal of continuing connected transactions under the Construction Services Framework Agreements and Procurement Framework Agreements. According to the earlier communication, a circular detailing the agreements, proposed annual caps, and related recommendations was scheduled for despatch on or before 27 January 2026.
Additional time is now required to finalize certain information for inclusion in the circular. The company has confirmed that the despatch date will be postponed to on or before 13 February 2026.
