HXTL (01085) announced that its indirectly held subsidiary, Zhejiang Zhongguang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has been successfully included in the "Advanced and Applicable Technologies and Solutions for Promotion to BRICS Countries" list. The inclusion was announced at the 2026 BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution Forum held in Xiamen on May 27, 2026. The recognition is based on the company's technological achievements in the fields of concentrated solar power and molten salt energy storage, specifically its distributed molten salt heat storage green steam solution. The forum was jointly hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Fujian Province.
Following expert review, Zhejiang Zhongguang's solution was selected as one of 32 technologies from 110 submitted projects for inclusion in the promotion list. This selection highlights the advanced nature and applicability of Zhejiang Zhongguang's existing technology in concentrated solar power and molten salt energy storage. The included technologies will be promoted to BRICS countries during the forum, aiming to support Chinese enterprises in expanding their international market presence.
The board of directors believes this inclusion reflects the established technological strength accumulated through the group's long-term investment in concentrated solar power and molten salt energy storage. It is also expected to help consolidate Zhejiang Zhongguang's existing business foundation in these related fields.
