Flydoo Technology Holding Limited (Stock Code: 8069) released its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025. The unaudited figures highlight key operational and financial data for its businesses, notably Travel Related Products and Services and Retail Operations.
The travel segment, which includes package tours and related offerings, reported revenue of approximately HK$137.5 million, compared to HK$169.1 million in the previous year. Gross profit in this segment decreased from HK$28.2 million to HK$18.0 million. This decline was primarily attributed to lower tourism demand for Japan in July and August 2025, following heightened concerns about potential catastrophes. Ancillary travel products and services delivered net revenue of about HK$1.4 million, while FIT Products recorded minimal revenue.
The Group’s Retail Operations registered an overall decline in revenue from HK$9.3 million to HK$0.5 million, reflecting the cessation of this business line on 17 March 2025. Overall, the Group posted a net loss of HK$3.8 million for the period, compared to a net loss of HK$0.6 million in the same period last year.
As of 30 September 2025, net assets stood at HK$52.1 million, with cash and cash equivalents amounting to HK$72.5 million. The Board does not recommend the payment of an interim dividend. Management states that tourism activities, especially in Japan, may eventually rebound, and the Group aims to explore further diversification to strengthen its revenue sources.
