These changes encompass the marketing model, operational philosophy, organizational structure, management system, and personnel management, with a particular focus on employee development paths and overall organizational efficiency. Concurrently, the bank's cultural development has achieved significant results. The ultimate measure of these achievements, according to Gao, is whether they enable the bank to demonstrate its unique characteristics through its product offerings and marketing approach.
Gao Yingxin stated, "We are building 'One Minsheng,' establishing a model that meets the service demands of modern banking clients. This model integrates operations from the head office to branch levels, between different branches, between branches and subsidiary institutions, and between domestic and overseas branches.
