Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on June 1st, Fuguo Fund purchased an additional 950,000 shares of Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) Co.,Ltd. (HKEX: 02315).
The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$45.1061 per share, resulting in a total investment of around HK$42.85 million.
Following this acquisition, Fuguo Fund's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 6.6617 million shares.
This increased stake now represents about 6.01% of the company's issued shares.
