The share placement agreement for AEC GROUP (08320) has lapsed and will not proceed. This follows the failure to satisfy the preconditions stipulated in the agreement by June 23, 2026, the extended final deadline.
Consequently, all rights, obligations, and liabilities of the parties under the placement agreement are terminated. No party may make any claim against another concerning the placement, though any rights or liabilities that may have already arisen under the agreement prior to this lapse remain unaffected.
