Moon Inc. Reports Stable Share Base in July 2026 Monthly Return, Confirms Public Float Compliance

Moon Inc. (abbrev. “Moon”) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, indicating no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at HKD 100.00 million, representing 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each. Issued share capital stayed flat at 478.27 million ordinary shares, and Moon continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Moon confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as of 31 July 2026.

Convertible notes with an aggregate principal amount of HKD 52.38 million, issued on 22 October 2025 under a general mandate, remain outstanding. These notes are convertible at HKD 5.00 per share and, if fully converted, could result in the issuance of up to 10.48 million additional ordinary shares.

No share options, warrants, share repurchases, or other equity-linked instruments were reported for the month.

The submission was signed by Company Secretary Chan Ming Kei on 3 August 2026.
