CITIC Limited (CITIC) has released its Monthly Return of Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 October 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

Key numbers • Issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 31 October 2026: 29.09 billion. • Treasury shares: none. • Net increase/decrease in issued or treasury shares during October: zero.

Corporate actions • No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, converted, or cancelled. • No repurchases or redemptions of shares occurred. • No Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were outstanding or issued.

Public float status CITIC confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public float requirement as at the end of October.
