The company reported a substantial decline in its net asset value (NAV) per share, which fell to $15.51 as of December 31, 2025, compared to $19.19 on September 30, 2025. Furthermore, Oxford Lane's adjusted earnings per share of $1.12 missed the analyst estimate of $1.30, while its sales of $117.8 million fell short of the $138 million estimate.
The financial results also revealed a net decrease in net assets resulting from operations of approximately $240.7 million for the quarter, which included significant net unrealized depreciation. The Board of Directors also announced a reduction in monthly distributions on common stock, citing a strategy to preserve capital for investment opportunities.
