Venus Medtech (Hangzhou) Inc. announced that Executive Director Liqiao Ma tendered his resignation, effective 15 May 2026, citing other personal commitments. Upon stepping down, Mr. Ma will not hold any position within the Group.

Mr. Ma confirmed he has no disagreement with the Board and that no additional matters need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, shareholders, or creditors.

Following this change, the Board comprises: • Executive Directors: Lim Hou-Sen (Lin Haosheng) and Meirong Liu • Non-executive Directors: Ao Zhang and Wei Wang • Independent Non-executive Directors: Ting Yuk Anthony Wu, Chi Wai Suen, and John Junhua Gu
