Wisdom Wealth Resources Investment Holding Group Limited (the “Company,” SEHK: 7) announced the appointments of three senior consultants effective 26 November 2025. According to the Company, Mr. Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, JP, Dr. Lam, Lee G., BBS, JP, and Mr. Bai Yun will serve in these roles to support the Group’s business development.
Mr. Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, JP, aged 63, currently serves as a National Committee Member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (Invited Representatives from Hong Kong Sectors) and a Justice of the Peace of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He has held finance-related leadership roles at MTR Corporation Ltd (HK: 0066) and TPG Growth Capital (Asia) Limited, while also serving as a board member of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. Mr. Law is recognized for his expertise in corporate governance and ESG initiatives.
Dr. Lam, Lee G., BBS, JP, aged 66, has over four decades of global experience in corporate management, policy advocacy, and direct investment. He previously served in key positions at Hongkong Telecom (HK: 6823), BOC International Holdings Limited, and C.P. Group. Dr. Lam is heavily involved in community service and international partnerships, holding various advisory and leadership roles focused on technology, innovation, and sustainability.
Mr. Bai Yun, aged 46, is a rotating president and vice president of Telling Telecommunication Holding Company Limited (SZSE: 000829). With over 20 years of experience in the communications and smart-device industry, he has led overseas expansion and supply-chain integration initiatives. His background in channel development and international market operations is expected to support the Company’s international trading footprint.
The Company stated there is no other information regarding these appointments that requires disclosure under relevant listing rules. Furthermore, trading in the Company’s shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been suspended effective 9:00 a.m. 2 April 2024 and will remain suspended until further notice.
